Cancellation policy

For reservations with advance payment:

• Cancellation 30+ days before — full advance refund.
• Cancellation 15–29 days before — 50% of advance refunded.
• Cancellation less than 15 days before or no-show — advance is non-refundable.

By mutual agreement, an alternative date may be arranged.

Winter booking minimum

In winter, bookings require a minimum of 4 rooms, at either house.

Big House: minimum 4 of the 8 rooms. Small House: minimum 4 of the 5 rooms/suite.

Breakfast is not included.

The fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal. You can prepare all your meals and barbecues at our villa.
